Itinerary

Day 1- Guwahati to Dimapur
  • Kick off the journey with a scenic drive from Guwahati to
    Dimapur, Nagaland’s gateway city.
  • Get your first taste of Naga life as you pass through bustling
    streets and local neighbourhoods.
  • Check in, relax, and get ready for the adventure ahead.
    Overnight stay in Dimapur.
  • Leave the city behind and head into Nagaland’s lush mountain
    country.
  • Explore Khonoma, a beautiful Angami village surrounded by
    terraced fields and forested hills.
  • Continue to the peaceful village of Dzuleke, where traditional
    homes, quiet trails, and untouched landscapes offer a glimpse
    into rural Naga life.
  • Later, continue to Kohima.
  • Overnight stay in Kohima
  • Today, Nagaland comes alive! Head to Kisama Heritage
    Village for the opening of the legendary Hornbill Festival.
  • Expect traditional dances, tribal music, colourful attire,
    indigenous crafts, local flavours, and a whole lot of energy as
    communities from across Nagaland come together.
  • Overnight stay in Kohima
  • It’s festival day, all day! Spend the day exploring the festival
    grounds, moving between traditional tribal morungs, cultural
    performances, handicraft stalls, food corners, and indigenous
    games.
  • Meet local artisans, experience Naga traditions up close, and
    soak in the incredible atmosphere of Nagaland’s biggest
